Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, processing, and delivery of orders placed on www.vogoux.com (the “Website”) to customers in Europe, the United States, and other global regions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, which comply with European and U.S. consumer protection regulations (including EU Consumer Rights Directive, US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule).
1. Shipping Coverage & Fees
1.1 Worldwide Shipping
We offer shipping to over 200 countries and territories worldwide, including all EU member states, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and major global regions.
1.2 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility
Standard Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and item quantity. Fees are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders meeting a minimum order value (varies by region):
EU/UK/US/Canada/Australia: Free shipping on orders over [€59 / $69 / £55] (adjustable based on your pricing strategy).
Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over [€79 / $89 / £75].
All shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the delay or nondelivery is caused by our direct error.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: We process and prepare standard orders within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Custom/ MadetoOrder Items: Require additional processing time of 7–10 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or for highdemand items with availability constraints, processing may extend up to 15 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping or delivery days. Orders are shipped immediately upon confirmation of product availability and completion of processing.
3. Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped (not the order placement date) and exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs processing delays.

3.2 Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, and no additional shipping fees will be charged for split deliveries.
3.3 No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, global logistics issues).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to track your shipment via our logistics partner’s platform.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 1 business day of your order being marked “Shipped,” or if the tracking information is inactive after 3 business days, please contact us immediately at service@vogoux.com.
Tracking accuracy may vary by carrier and region; updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications: We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Address changes, item adjustments, or quantity updates are only possible within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (including shipping fees). After 24 hours, cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled—please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Included in Order Total: All applicable shipping fees, local taxes, and import duties are calculated and included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Customs Clearance: For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause temporary delays. We are not responsible for customsrelated delays or decisions (e.g., seized items due to noncompliance with local regulations).
Restricted Items: It is your responsibility to ensure ordered items comply with your country’s import laws. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items prohibited in your region.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
During major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving) or peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing and delivery times may be extended by 3–5 business days.
We recommend placing holiday orders at least 3 weeks in advance of your desired delivery date to account for potential delays.
8. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management.
For shipments not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery window (or 45 days for worldwide orders), please contact us to initiate an investigation. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund, at our discretion, after confirming the shipment status with our logistics partner.
